Thirty and a little tipsy...

30! What a great number to celebrate! This event was actually for a party I attended and if I may say so myself, I can honestly say it was one of my favourite nights ever with friends and family!

But let's break it down.

Invite - as seen above, (with a few missing/changed details for privacy), is the invite I sent out both digitally and via post depending on the recipient - my 90 year old grandma doesn't do phones.

But who to invite? Whatever the event, start with a guest list as this will affect a lot of aspects with your event.

I found my perfect venue who helped me with sorting catering and live music.

Then with a helping hand from some highly recommended local businesses and the use of friends and family (another bit of key advice - Let people help!), together we built the perfect birthday bash!
